Following the arrival of Dennis Trident 2/Alexander Enviro 400 7538 (NK15 DZP) at Darlington Depot, this vehicle has been released for cascade and has transferred to Jesmond Depot. Its sub-branding for service 7 has been removed, with this vehicle acting as a spare vehicle for "Sapphire" services 43/44/45, which have recently been upgraded primarily using the recently displaced former X21/X22 branded Dennis Trident 2/Alexander Enviro 400s.
