May 2019 Arriva North East This vehicle has been sold to Alpha Recovery, Weetslade.
July 2017 Arriva North East Following the cascade of "Sapphire" branded vehicles to Jesmond Depot to upgrade "Great North Road Routes" services 43/44/45, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Jesmond Depot. Although withdrawn, this vehicle remains available to be reinstated as and when required, until the end of October, for use on Metro Replacement and Rail Replacement services.
October 2016 Arriva North East Following the completion of repairs, this vehicle has moved from Jesmond (Under Repair) to Jesmond. It will be used to allow the Scania CN94UB/Scania Omnicity vehicles which are allocated to service 685 at Jesmond to be repainted, as part of a scheme to re-launch the service with a new brand identity in partnership with Stagecoach: "Cross Pennine Connection".
October 2016 Arriva North East This vehicle has received "The Great North Road Routes" branding, promoting the combined 7-minute frequency of services 43/44/45 between Newcastle City Centre, Gosforth, Regent Centre and Wideopen. As part of the upgrade, this vehicle has also been fitted with free passenger Wi-Fi.
October 2016 Arriva North East This vehicle has moved from Jesmond to Jesmond (Under Repair).
October 2015 Arriva North East This vehicle has transferred from Belmont Depot to Jesmond.
