July 2017 Arriva North East Following the cascade of "Sapphire" branded vehicles to Jesmond Depot to upgrade "Great North Road Routes" services 43/44/45, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Jesmond Depot and subsequently sold.
July 2017 Arriva North East This vehicle has moved from Jesmond to Jesmond (Awaiting Disposal); having incurred a faulty engine, which is uneconomical to repair.
October 2016 Arriva North East This vehicle has received "The Great North Road Routes" branding, promoting the combined 7-minute frequency of services 43/44/45 between Newcastle City Centre, Gosforth, Regent Centre and Wideopen. As part of the upgrade, this vehicle has also been fitted with free passenger Wi-Fi.
