This vehicle has received "Black Cats" branding. "Black Cats" is the new brand identity being introduced to encompass a variety of different frequent services in and around the city of Sunderland, promoting the cheap and competitively priced day and weekly tickets available for travel in the city (£3.65 for a day ticket, and £12.15 for a weekly ticket).

Having previously carried "Prince Bishops" branding, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain red base livery.

Following service changes last month, this vehicle has received the green variation of Go North East's "Quaylink" branding for service Q3.

Ahead of upcoming service changes which will see "Coaster" service 1 extend to Wrekenton via Low Fell and Harlow Green, replacing service 24 and providing customers on this route with a direct service to Newcastle, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain blue base livery. As part of ongoing improvements to the local network of services along the Tyne Valley corridor, service 602 has been withdrawn and replaced by an extended service 10, operating every ten minutes between Newcastle, Metrocentre and Crawcrook, continuing every 20 minutes to Prudhoe, Corbridge and Hexham. In line with these service changes, this vehicle has received "TEN" branding.

This vehicle has received "Ferrylink" branding, for Nexus-secured service 333 which operates between North Shields Ferry Terminal, North Shields Town Centre, Royal Quays, and the North Shields Fish Quay.
