Following the entry into service of new vehicles on "Green Arrow" service 97, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Riverside Depot. It spent the final few weeks of its time in service with Go North East in use as a taxi/staff shuttle vehicle.

This vehicle has received "Green Arrow" branding, with sub-branding for services 97/97A (Newcastle - Metrocentre). The new "Green Arrow" brand replaces the current branding on "The Highwayman" services 97/98, coinciding with service changes which will take place at the end of October.

Following the closure of Gateshead and Winlaton depots, this vehicle has been transferred to the brand new Riverside Depot. Riverside Depot replaces the existing depots at Sunderland Road in Gateshead and Winlaton which date back to the days of the tramways.
