September 2020 Go North East Photograph by In line with the re-commencement of scholars services for the 2020/21 academic year; this vehicle has been reinstated at Riverside Depot.
July 2020 Go North East The commencement of the school holidays means that this vehicle is now surplus to requirements at Hexham, so it has been taken out of service (although remains available to be reinstated if required).
June 2020 Go North East Photograph by Just two vehicles are required to operate scholars services from Hexham Depot currently. As the coaches have not yet been fitted with extra PPE for driving colleagues, this vehicle has been reinstated at Hexham Depot, for use on these services.
June 2020 Go North East From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been re-licensed, but remains out of service.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
March 2020 Go North East The inward transfer of a number of Optare Solos to Riverside from Percy Main in order to convert midibus services to minibus operation has led to this vehicle being moved into a float/reserve capacity. To be used initially as repaint float vehicles, this vehicle will, longer-term, transfer to Percy Main Depot to assist with the operation of additional seasonal work.
April 2019 Go North East In line with the operation of "Toon Link" services 6 and X31 transferring from Stanley Depot to Riverside, this vehicle has also transferred to Riverside.
October 2017 Go North East In order to improve the customer experience on "Toon Link" services 6, X30/X31 and X70/X71, which all provide links between Newcastle, Stanley and Consett, this vehicle has been fitted with free customer Wi-Fi.
May 2017 Go North East Having previously carried sub-branding for services X30/X31 (Stanley - Newcastle); this vehicle has had these vinyls stripped and new vinyls added, sporting the taglines "For city centre shops and leisure" and "Frequent buses to Newcastle".
October 2015 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has transferred from Riverside Depot to Stanley, where it will see allocation to the revised "Toon Link" X30/X31 services.
October 2015 Go North East Upcoming service changes will see services X30/X31 and new peak-time service X32 introduced to the "Toon Link" brand, and service 11 removed from the existing "Toon Link" brand. As such, this vehicle has received sub-branding for services X30/X31 (Newcastle - Stanley), ahead of its upcoming transfer to Stanley Depot.
