June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Deptford.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
January 2018 Go North East Photograph by Although originally intended to return to service at Washington; this vehicle was intended to be transferred to Deptford from 28th January 2018, following the cascade of Scania CN230UB/Scania Omnicity 5262 (NK56 KJX) to Washington. Instead of being allocated to Washington to transfer two days later, it has returned to service at Deptford instead. At Deptford, this vehicle should act as the dedicated spare vehicle for "The 9", operating between Lukes Lane, Jarrow, Sunderland and Murton, from 28th January 2018.
January 2018 Go North East Prior to returning to service, this vehicle has received Go North East's corporate livery. This example carries the tagline "It's our fantastic people - all 2000 of them - that make the wheels on our buses go round and round".
January 2018 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has returned to Go North East following internal refurbishment and repaint into Go North East's corporate base livery. It is currently undergoing preparation for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot prior to allocation to Washington Depot.
December 2017 Go North East This vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service at Washington Depot and released for internal refurbished and repaint at Bus & Coach World, Blackburn. The extensive refurbishment work includes, but is not limited to, external repaint; deep cleaning of the interior of the vehicle; renewal of floor coverings; cleaning all seat frames and re-trimming seats into leather with USB sockets on the back of every seat; fitting blue accent lighting underneath seats to provide extra light on the gangway; and fitting Next Stop Announcements.

March 2017 Go North East In order to standardise the fleets at Stanley and Washington following the entry into service of the new Wright Streetlite DF/Wright Streetlite Max Micro-Hybrid vehicles on "Durham Diamond" services 16/16A, this vehicle is planned to transfer to Washington in exchange for Scania CN230UB/Scania Omnicity 5248 (NK56 KHU) and 5249 (NK56 KHV). As such; ahead of its impending cascade to Washington Depot, this vehicle has been fitted with free customer Wi-Fi, in order to provide an improved customer experience when a "Connections4" branded Mercedes Citaro is unavailable for service.
