June 2018 Go North East This vehicle has been sold for scrap to Alpha Recovery, Weetslade.
March 2018 Go North East Having incurred defects uneconomical to repair, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service at Riverside Depot. Volvo B10BLE/Wright Renown 4899 (V989 ETN), which had been planned for withdrawal, has instead been temporarily retained, until another minibus can be sourced to replace Transbus MPD/Transbus Mini Pointer 559 (NK53 TKY).
September 2016 Go North East Following the entry into service of new low-carbon emission Optare Solo SR M925 vehicles at Deptford Depot, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Riverside, to allow for the withdrawal of other Mini Pointer Darts which are older or are in worse condition.
August 2016 Go North East Following temporary loan to Peterlee Depot, this vehicle has returned to service at Deptford.

February 2016 Go North East Following the arrival of loanee Optare Solo SR M925/Optare 9104 (YJ65 ELW) at Hexham Depot, this vehicle has transferred to Riverside Depot. The vehicle is planned to cascade to Deptford Depot following a repaint, at which point it will release one of the "Nexus" branded Optare Solo SR M890/Optare vehicles for repaint and re-brand, ahead of their cascade to Hexham Depot for operation on the Hadrian's Wall Country Bus AD122 service.
