Following the closure of Gateshead and Winlaton depots, this vehicle has been transferred to the brand new Riverside Depot. Riverside Depot replaces the existing depots at Sunderland Road in Gateshead and Winlaton which date back to the days of the tramways.

Ahead of its entry into service, this vehicle has received "Tyne Tees Xpress" branding, for services X9/X10 (Newcastle - Middlesbrough).

This vehicle, which carries a striking maroon base livery with a gold painted 'X' towards the rear of the vehicle, has arrived into the Go North East fleet. It features Wi-Fi and power sockets, and is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. Once prepared for service, it is expected to be allocated to Gateshead Depot, for use on services X9/X10 (Newcastle - Middlesbrough).

To simplify the services on the Coast Road corridor, services 75/76 will be withdrawn from 13th November 2010. Following the end of the Springwell Road shuttle service, this vehicle remains in use and has transferred from Riverside Depot to Percy Main, providing an additional spare vehicle while some of Percy Main's dual-door Wright Renown bodied Volvo B10BLEs undergo DDA modifications.
November 2010 Go North East
Following transfer to Saltmeadows Road Depot, this vehicle has lost its "Venture" branding.
November 2013 Go North East
This vehicle has entered service at Gateshead Depot, on "Citylink" service 58, replacing the older articulated Mercedes Citaro vehicles previously allocated to the service. This bus also features free passenger Wi-Fi and Next Stop Announcements.
