From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Percy Main.

This vehicle has received a special promotional livery to advertise the "Night Bus" N21 service. It is intended to act as a mobile advertisement for the service on the daytime 21 route, raising awareness of the 24-hour operation of the service on weekends.

Having previously carried "Angel" branding, this vehicle has now been repainted into a two-tone black and green base livery. Once repainted; it will receive a promotional livery for the Night Bus N21 service, which operates on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 00:15 and 03:15am, between Newcastle and Durham University, via Chester-le-Street and Durham City Centre. Although the vehicle may not be allocated to the N21 service itself, it will act as a mobile advertisement for the service on the daytime 21 route, raising awareness of the 24-hour operation of the service on weekends.
