Following the last batch delivered in September 2015, Go North East has acquired two further Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka vehicles from sister Go-Ahead operating company Brighton & Hove, following the entry into service of brand new Wright StreetDeck vehicles on Brighton & Hove's 1 service. This vehicle, previously numbered previously numbered 617 within the Brighton & Hove fleet, has now arrived at Riverside Depot. It will undergo preparation for service within the Go North East fleet at Saltmeadows Road Depot.

This vehicle has been repainted into a plain yellow base livery and the extended luggage bays on this vehicle have also been removed.
November 2015 Go North East
This vehicle has been reinstated at Riverside Depot for use on a free shuttle service which has been provided by Gateshead Council due to Springwell Road being resurfaced on Wednesday 11th November 2015 and Friday 13th November 2015 between 08:00 and 16:00.

This vehicle has received "Northern" branding, which is the new brand name for services 6 and X70/X71. Following the entry into service of new Wright Streetlite vehicles on "Saltwell Park" services 53/54, this vehicle has transferred from Gateshead Depot to Washington.
