This vehicle has entered service within the Special Events Fleet based at Deptford Terrace, seeing allocation to the Park & Ride services in operation for the Sunderland Tall Ships 2018 event, covering sites at Deptford Terrace, Downhill, Herrington Country Park, Fulwell and Stadium of Light.

Following preparation for service, including fitment of a new ticket machine and large "Park & Ride" vinyls covering the old rollerblind destination displays, this vehicle has now been allocated to the Special Events Fleet and is now in storage at Deptford Terrace pending the commencement of the Sunderland Tall Ships contracted services.
June 2018 Go North East
Previously with Go-Ahead London Central as fleet number WVL267, this vehicle has now joined the Go North East fleet. Numbered separately from other double-deck vehicles in the fleet; it is one of a batch of 34 in the process of being amalgamated into the Go North East fleet, for exclusive use over the summer on Special Events and contracts (such as the Sunderland Tall Ships Park & Ride services). Members of the batch will only be retained in the fleet beyond summer if Go North East is awarded Miscellaneous Works Nexus contracts from September 2018. The batch of 19 WVL Volvo B7TLs have been released from Go-Ahead London following the loss of services 68 and 468 from 1st April 2018 to Abellio London and Arriva London South.

This vehicle has received "Quaylink" branding. It carries the purple variation of Go North East's "Quaylink" branding for services Q1/Q2.
July 2016 Go North East
Following the last batch delivered in June 2016, Go North East has acquired five further Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka vehicles from sister Go-Ahead operating company Brighton & Hove, following the entry into service of brand new Wright StreetDeck vehicles on Brighton & Hove's 1 service. July 2014 Go North East
First Group approached a number of bus operators up and down the United Kingdom to provide transport for them during the Commonwealth Games which are being held in Glasgow this year. Go North East has provided a total of 21 vehicles for the duration of the event, with this vehicle being just one. They are being held overnight at First Glasgow's depot on Tollcross Road, Parkhead.

This vehicle has been acquired by Go North East for a demonstration trial to compare against other new single deckers available on the market, namely the integral Wright Streetlite Micro-Hybrid.
