April 2017 Go North East
In line with the gradual cascade of Scania L94UB/Wright Solars 4961 - 4965 to Riverside's Driver Training fleet following the completion of modifications at Thornton Brothers, Ashington, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service.

In line with service changes effective 27th January 2008, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Gateshead. It has also been fitted with a new LED front destination display, but retains the flipdot side and rear displays. In addition, it has received "The Crusader" branding, with sub-branding for the new 27 service, which operates between Newcastle City Centre and South Shields, via Gateshead, Heworth, Hebburn and Jarrow.

Prior to new branding being launched and this vehicle's cascade to Gateshead Depot, it has been repainted into a plain maroon base livery.

Due to extra vehicle requirements on "DFDS Seaways" service 327, this vehicle has temporarily transferred from Riverside Depot to Percy Main. This vehicle will also be retained at Percy Main beyond its initial loan period for the extra vehicle requirements due to the withdrawal of Dennis Trident/East Lancs Lolyne 3867 (W177 SCU) pending the arrival of Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka... see more

This vehicle has received modifications at Thornton Brothers, Ashington, and as such is now DDA-compliant. This means that this vehicle does not need to be withdrawn from service prior to 1 January 2016 (like all other non-DDA compliant single deckers).
October 2012 Go North East
Having been temporarily taken out of service; this vehicle has now been reinstated at Winlaton Depot, to upgrade the "Blaydon Racers" 49 service, allowing the dual-door Wright Renown bodied Volvo B10BLEs currently operating on this service to cascade elsewhere. The vehicle has also been de-branded, so now no longer carries "Red Arrows" branding.
