June 2020 Go North East Photograph by From Monday 1 June 2020, in line with guidance from the government, Go North East's bus services will start returning to what can be considered a 'normal' level of service on weekdays (albeit still reduced on weekends), also with some minor changes which had originally been planned to take place from 17 May 2020. As such, this vehicle has now been reinstated at Riverside.
April 2020 Go North East Following completion of all required vehicle re-allocations; this vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been officially delicensed (SORN'd), enabling Go North East to obtain a tax refund.
September 2019 Go North East Photograph by This vehicle has transferred from Riverside Depot to Chester-le-Street. At Chester-le-Street, this vehicle should see primary allocation to services 28/28A. This transfer has taken place due to contract changes resulting in services 67/69 at Riverside requiring Euro 5 emission vehicles. Once similar Optare Versa 8307 - 8309 are fitted with Euro 6 SCRTs, this vehicle will return to Riverside.
June 2017 Go North East Following the entry into service of new Wright Streetlites on "Black Cats" services 2/2A and 39, this vehicle has transferred from Deptford Depot to Riverside. At Riverside, this vehicle will act as a temporary replacement for VDL SB120/Wright Merit 8266 (NK04 ZNE), which has been withdrawn having sustained defects uneconomical to repair. The Metrocentre Shuttle S1 service is due to be withdrawn from Sunday 23rd July and replaced by an extended X66 service on a lower frequency, when this vehicle will be cascaded to operate services 67 (Metrocentre - Wardley) and 69 (Winlaton - Wardley) at Riverside.

June 2017 Go North East In line with the entry into service of new Wright Streetlites on services 2/2A; this vehicle, which was previously allocated to these services and branded as "SimpliCity", has been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery. This example carries the tagline "It's our fantastic people - all 2000 of them - that make the wheels on our buses go round and round"
April 2016 Go North East Photograph by Ahead of upcoming service changes, due to commence from Sunday 22nd May 2016, which will see "SimpliCity" service 2 reduced to a 15-minute frequency, this vehicle has had the frequency on the cant rail revised to reflect the new frequency.

October 2013 Go North East Photograph by Ahead of the introduction of new Wright Streetlite vehicles on "Drifter" service 60 (Sunderland - Parkside), this vehicle has been repainted into a purple base livery. It is expected that once the new vehicles enter service on service 60, this vehicle will be re-allocated to service 39 (Pennywell - Doxford Park), and will fall under the "SimpliCity" brand.

July 2009 Go North East This vehicle, which carries a plain green base livery, has arrived into the Go North East fleet, and is currently being prepared for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot. It is of 'Gold Standard' specification; featuring full CCTV coverage and recording, information screens, and comfortable seats for all including priority seating with a wheelchair bay for elderly and disabled customers.
