Following service revisions at South Shields Depot, resulting in a PVR reduction of 6 vehicles, this vehicle has transferred from South Shields Depot to Hartlepool. At Hartlepool; this vehicle should be allocated to service 1, replacing the Dennis Dart SLF/Alexander Pointer 2 vehicles currently in this capacity at the depot.

During the University summer holidays, the frequency of service 1 (Slatyford - Newcastle - Coach Lane Campus) is reduced. In years previous, the surplus double-deck vehicles have been loaned out to other divisions. This vehicle has arrived into the Stagecoach North East fleet. It is currently being prepared for service at Walkergate Depot. This batch of vehicles are Euro 6 specification and feature high-back orange and blue Lazzereini e-leather seating. The batch are also eqipped with free passenger Wi-Fi as well as USB power sockets.

This vehicle has entered service at Walkergate Depot, seeing primary allocation to services 39 (Dumpling Hall - City Centre - Walker) and 40 (Chapel House - City Centre - Wallsend). It will also form part of the Sunday PVR of service 12 (Two Ball Lonnen - City Centre - Walker - Wallsend), allowing the company to maximise the amount of mileage being operated by these fuel-efficient vehicles.
