RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Michael - 20 Feb 2015 (20 Feb 2015, 10:43 am)DaveyBowyer Just saw 309 changes on NCC. No journeys cut but GNE could easily fill those B9s up more if they did the following: NCC? RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Tom - 20 Feb 2015 (20 Feb 2015, 10:47 am)Michael NCC? http://www.northumberland.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=3972 RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Michael - 20 Feb 2015 (20 Feb 2015, 10:48 am)Tom http://www.northumberland.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=3972 Cheers Tom! RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Michael - 20 Feb 2015 The 19 is also changing from that date to: On route 19, Ashington - North Shields via Cramlington and Cobalt, some extra early and late journeys are introduced from and to Ashington. http://www.northumberland.gov.uk/idoc.ashx?docid=772714fc-c21b-4f6d-b9e5-874b00b864e5&version=-1 RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Michael - 20 Feb 2015 http://www.simplygo.com/service-disruptions/emergency-closure-of-high-west-street-in-gateshead-22nd-february/ RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - S813 FVK - 21 Feb 2015 15/15A diversion: RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Michael - 21 Feb 2015 (21 Feb 2015, 11:07 am)Robert 15/15A diversion: Decent diversion! RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - S813 FVK - 21 Feb 2015 (21 Feb 2015, 11:09 am)Michael Decent diversion! It is indeed. Goes along some nice 'countryside' like roads too. As i was saying the other day, Langley Lane has a few overhanging trees and isn't very wide so hope 2 buses don't need to pass eachother! RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - gtom - 21 Feb 2015 (20 Feb 2015, 2:04 pm)Michael http://www.simplygo.com/service-disruptions/emergency-closure-of-high-west-street-in-gateshead-22nd-february/ They are constantly doing something to that road! RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Michael - 23 Feb 2015 http://www.simplygo.com/news/changes-to-services-from-29-march-2015 http://www.simplygo.com/news/go-to-beamish-museum-by-bus RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Dan - 23 Feb 2015 (23 Feb 2015, 5:26 pm)Michael http://www.simplygo.com/news/changes-to-services-from-29-march-2015 Very well done to Crusader, who quite rightly guessed the changes would relate to peak time traffic congestion. Sorry to disappoint, Tommy, but no bus wars this time! RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Michael - 23 Feb 2015 The 128 timetable has a pic of the balloon tram from Beamish RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Jimmi - 23 Feb 2015 (23 Feb 2015, 5:31 pm)Dan Very well done to Crusader, who quite rightly guessed the changes would relate to peak time traffic congestion. Where's my acknowledgment for guessing the 28/28A timetable changes would be it running to Beamish Museum entrance for the summer? I'm aware it was pretty obvious but that's not the point! RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - L469 YVK - 23 Feb 2015 (23 Feb 2015, 5:31 pm)Dan Very well done to Crusader, who quite rightly guessed the changes would relate to peak time traffic congestion. At least GNE are being dilligent unlike a certain green bus that supposedly gets good layover time in Newcastle during PM peak but always ends up 10-15 minutes late due to it not getting any additional time for schools and between Station Road and Newcastle. At least the 309 / 310 will run 6 minutes behind the 306 / 308 to Newcastle on a Sunday daytime now after 22nd March rather than 2-3 minutes. That'll also mean 8 mimutes after the 306 / 308 too towards Shields and Blyth. RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Andreos1 - 23 Feb 2015 Hopefully this new awareness of traffic around major employment sites and adapting the timetable to suit means we see something done with the 93/94 RE: Go North East: Upcoming Service Changes - Dan - 23 Feb 2015 (23 Feb 2015, 9:46 pm)Andreos1 Hopefully this new awareness of traffic around major employment sites and adapting the timetable to suit means we see something done with the 93/94 There's about five GNE Red buses which drop onto the 93/94 on evenings after working other services - I think that's meant to help things out reliability-wise.
