Could be replacing 5210 on Tynedale Links? Surprised though as I thought I read on here that it would be another Riverside spare.

I think it was meant to be spare for 57 but however i think Blackburn have got buses mixed up.

No mix up at all.
5292 will be re-allocated to Deptford as the spare for the X5, with 5284 transferring to Riverside in lieu to be their spare.

Shouldn't be long before that one heads off for refurbishment, they seem to be down to the last few Crusader Citaro's....
After 5299 - 5304 come back from refurbishment, will they continue in sequence with 5305 and so on.....only asking because the rest of the batch getting done. (not connections 4)
I think the 9 will lose the Citaro's and gain something else, the service to me doesn't warrant them, always empty when i see it, i'm surprised its still running the way it is.

Could swap the fleet around?, give the 9's Scania's and the 4 Citaro's could go else where (along with 1 or 2 from Riverside, if not needed, as it planned all the 10 reg Citaro's would be Livery)
Or if not, give the 9 a full allocation of 1 type of bus and not a mixed....

If the 35 keeps Citaro's that should also have a dedicated spare (maybe 5328?)
5329, 5330, 5331, 5332, 5333, 5334, 5335, 5336 are all the remaining 10 Reg Citaro's for a spare role

As of today, there is 365 vehicles fitted.
That number is certainly shooting up! Coming close to 60% of the active service fleet.
I'd guess a couple more Mercs have been fitted prior to going for refurbishment (suspecting 5298 will be one). The total number of buses with WiFi that I have with those 5 Solos included is 363 (which matches the NEB fleet list when those 5 are added to the last updated total of 358).
