RE: Yorkshire Bus Operations - Kuyoyo - 20 Jan 2016 (20 Jan 2016, 8:57 pm)S813 FVK The Volvo B5TLs for service 36 have started to enter service without branding: It doesn't appear to be in service - it looks to be on driver familiarisation. RE: Yorkshire Bus Operations - S813 FVK - 20 Jan 2016 (20 Jan 2016, 9:02 pm)Kuyoyo It doesn't appear to be in service - it looks to be on driver familiarisation. I can see more indications that it is in service than on driver familiarisation but ok. RE: Yorkshire Bus Operations - Kuyoyo - 20 Jan 2016 (20 Jan 2016, 9:03 pm)S813 FVK I can see more indications that it is in service than on driver familiarisation but ok. The interior lights would be on for it to be in service. Nobody but the driver being on board is another big give-away. That and this tweet: https://twitter.com/harrogatebus/status/689732543592161280 Plus, Transdev aren't one to put buses on the road without any fleetnames, numbers or branding. RE: Yorkshire Bus Operations - S813 FVK - 20 Jan 2016 (20 Jan 2016, 9:08 pm)Kuyoyo The interior lights would be on for it to be in service. Nobody but the driver being on board is another big give-away. That and this tweet: Not necessarily. When i was getting the 16 from Stanley, at least 3 occasions (and it wasn't that many times, less than 10 that's for sure) the interior lights were switched off and only came on when the doors were open. I hadn't checked their twitter so I suppose you have a point with that one but it shouldn't really have the destination set as if it in service, if correct. I was in Leeds for about half an hour last week, and noticed one of the Volvo B7s with the Gemini 2 front end in base livery colours without route branding. RE: Yorkshire Bus Operations - S813 FVK - 02 Feb 2016 (01 Feb 2016, 11:07 pm)Michael Why do they spilt the routes in the summer? They haven't done in the past. Just looks like, from the summer timetable onwards, the routes will now be split, much like Arriva's X93 last year. RE: Yorkshire Bus Operations - Kuyoyo - 02 Feb 2016 (02 Feb 2016, 7:26 am)S813 FVK They haven't done in the past. Just looks like, from the summer timetable onwards, the routes will now be split, much like Arriva's X93 last year. That's exactly what I was referring to in the original post. From the start of the Summer 2016 timetable, the Coastliner network moves off the Tachograph regulations. It also looks as though all journeys between Leeds and Malton will run as 843s regardless of where it goes from Malton. RE: Yorkshire Bus Operations - Kuyoyo - 04 Feb 2016 Last weekend, I was down in Sheffield viewing the revamped Sheffield Bus Partnership network, which has received a few tweaks since the initial issues. Some observations and interworking patterns:
