(12 Aug 2015, 9:52 pm)S813 FVK The whole 'Chinese' lettering thing started when the Citaro brand was unveiled and while it obviously isnt written in Chinese, the lettering style does by many people. It isn't only Michael and Bazza who have that opinion.

Former "East Durham" branded Transbus MPD/Transbus Mini Pointer 574 (NK53 TMZ) has arrived at Saltmeadows Road for repaint into Go North East's corporate livery.
Former "Diamond" branded Mercedes Citaro 0530N/Mercedes Citaro 5291 (NK08 CGG) has also arrived at Saltmeadows Road for repaint.

(13 Aug 2015, 9:36 am)Dan They used to be louder on the old QuayLink - I think people have to adjust on the old Orbit routes, as they did not used to have any announcements at all.
On some vehicles (8335 is one of them), it is so quiet that you can barely hear it when a decent number of passengers are on board - yet the volume is set the same on other vehicles which it is quite loud on.

(13 Aug 2015, 9:40 am)Kuyoyo I failed to mention this - but when I caught 5390 on the Q1 last Monday, either the announcements weren't working or the volume was so low it couldn't be heard

(13 Aug 2015, 9:41 am)Dan If the screen was working but the audio announcements were not, it's likely that they have been turned down or there is a problem with the speakers (which I believe is the case on 8329). If neither were working (which perhaps you could assist with - if you can remember), that's an issue we'll have to investigate.

Would someone be able to compile a list of every brand and any variations e.g. Pink/Red Angel and send me a PM, if you only know some it will still be helpful any pictures would be good its just so there's something to talk about on the train on Saturday?
Thanks in Advance

Service 19 is being diverted down North Seaton Road, Ashington due to a RTC on Milburn Road.
Why does GNE only give a limited number of services for location on peoples posts... looking at one now..
Someone asked to go to Bede college from Park lane... so GNE only gave her the 36?...... although the 20/20A/35 and X35 all stop at the bede college bus stop.......
Its happened before with other questions although there's like 2-3 services to that area........
