Have they? Only saw it for the first time a few weeks ago and there's no photos of it with Longstaffs on Flickr. Well there was none until I uploaded a few tonight including this one.

They bought it in May 2016.

I believe it's used on scholars services to the high school at Amble.

Also served with Premier of Blyth for a few months in 2007.

This guy isn't usually wrong with his stuff either, usually does the PSV sheets for the West Midlands.

It is quite possible your camera has the wrong date settings when you took the photo and defaulted to year it was new.

I might have a drive up at the weekend and see if I can catch it. They had a Mercedes Sprinter demonstrator over the new year when I was last up.

Went past it on the bus so could only make out the promotional livery and the '18' on the plate.
