(02 Jun 2014, 3:28 pm)Marcus I know 4855 has it's front 'Lime' sticker missing - but I didn't notice 4900's until today. To be honest - I think 4855 looks quite shabby when compared to the others because it's left side Lime sticker is covered over by a new panel and as a result doesn't look right.

(02 Jun 2014, 3:32 pm)Dan 4852 and 4901 have also lost branding on at least one of their sides due to replacement panels being fitted.
Guess they thought that as most of them were being repainted, the brand was pretty much gone anyway so didn't really make too much of a difference.

(01 Jun 2014, 9:29 pm)RCN 699 I don't think Go North East will be sending a Versa to the Tyne Tees run in South Shields again. The overhang hit the road coming out of Bents Park and the driver had to reverse it and go out of another gate. The bus was 5378. It was particularly embarrassing because the veteran buses managed to make it. It reminds me of Seaburn a couple of years ago when one of Stagecoach's green deckers got stuck at the bottom of a wet grassy bank during the vintage vehicle rally and had to be rescued by a vintage tow truck that just happened to be there.

Just spotted a GNE advert on my Facebook news feed for Citylink service 58. Wonder if different services are targeted depending on the location of the user.
Hopefully these unobtrusive ads will bring in a few more passengers.
