There's always one whenever I'm on a bus. Always tends to want to sit in the row in front of or behind me too!

It's interesting, because the conditions state: "We reserve the right to refuse entry and travel of any person onto our buses and coaches if that person is considered to be undesirable, a security or safety risk, with a poor level of personal hygiene, who is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or other substances or who may otherwise cause a nuisance or disturbance.". I've never seen it enforced like, and I've seen plenty of people that off their face they can barely stand up, yet are allowed travel.

Do you think that people can detect their own body odours?

I mention this because, when I was a pre-school child, I would often accompany my father (the man from the Prudential) as he went around collecting the insurance premiums from people's houses.
Each house had its own 'smell' - not necessarily unpleasant - and as a young child I was aware of the differences.

As many houses that we visited were farms, inevitably some had animal smells - or simply from the wood or peat that was being burned in the range (I'm talking late 1940s north Tyne here).

I have an acquaintance (a single man now living alone since his mother died) who does have a strong 'unpleasant' smell when I travel with him on the bus (though I don't have the guts to tell him that he should do something about it).

I think some people can, and I think others can't. I know if I've been climbing about at work I feel minging when I get in, and the first thing I need to do is have a shower to freshen up. Yet I know others that'll do the same climbing about, and come in work the next day with the sweat-ridden same clothes on.

Even if you can't detect your own body odour, maintaining a sensible level of personal hygiene, and wearing fresh clothes, will prevent others from detecting it for you.

For a while now, Venture Solo NL63 XZS (645) Display is darkened from the centre to nearside (as if privacy glass / dark film shading that half of screen)

Also noticed on wet/humid days the whole display is distorted by condensation on new Venture Solo SR s. Is this apparent fault known to GNE

4943 and 5204 are both on 20's, 5204 replaced 4989 which back to the Depot, A few minutes after that 5211 came in on the 20, again went out NIS and back to the Depot, has since returned and on the Layover in PL, 6100 has also just came into PL on the 20.

It's ok 3 came in at once moments after you made this post, and as for the Wing Mirrors, 5321 has Two Purple ones, 5324(I think) has a Purple one as does a Laser Citaro, Along with 5304, 5211 didn't sound good either, Think it is time these Solars took a Red Spare Role in the Fleet to then be Replaced by New Vehicles.
