Operator specification?
Fuel economy and aerodynamics?
Or the actual design? Manufacturers are limited on both sides of the vehicle, due to the location of the new emergency exit - which certainly won't help things.

There isn't much scope at all for any additional opening windows.
I know some older vehicles had the sliding version of opening windows more or less all the way to the rear of the vehicle.
