Staying with the theme used by the X84/85 - Weardale Express.
Not sure a certain operator based in Stanhope would take too kindly to that though.
Angel Express - developing links and a common brand identity to the 21.

I ask because I monitor the Wi-Fi usage on every vehicle in the fleet on a weekly basis, and have found no faults with the Angels recently.

Weardale's X21 started long before the GNE one, it was certainly introduced by 1977, and those of us who live in Weardale think the dale proper does not begin til Harperley Bank, just past the A68/A689 junction, where a sign says "Welcome to Weardale". Bishop Auckland would be in the Wear Valley, so you couldn't really call the GNE version of the X21 "Weardale Express".

If you follow the logic of the X7 and X9/10 then the GNE X21 would become the Wear Tyne Express.
(19 Dec 2015, 9:59 pm)S813 FVK Doesn't roll of the tongue as easy as Wear/Tyne Tees Xpress though. Tyne Wear Xpress would work better with it Nexus land being known as Tyne & Wear (and only Wear Tyne in the football derby).

I'd imagine GNE benefit from displaying that livery, financially or otherwise.
