All,

It's been noted that the forum is increasingly being used as a call logging tool, with members using it to 'report' faults with buses, such as panel damage, missing branding, destinations, plug sockets and WiFi issues, to name a few.

A lot of these posts go unanswered and even unnoticed in some cases, meaning that important issues aren't getting to where they need to be. As posts are going unanswered, we feel that they are not contributing to the flow or discussion on the forum.

This is not to prevent discussion around any of the aforementioned issues, but we ask that you consider the audience of your post, and whether you feel it will generate a discussion off the back of it. For example:
  • Widespread issue? e.g. poor branding quality fleet wide or WiFi availability across a route, then please do post it, in addition to contacting the operator. 
  • One off issue? e.g. a single bus with a faulty destination, broken plug socket other individual complaint, then please contact the operator.
With this in mind, we'd ask that you follow the below guidelines, if you wish to report faults to operators.
