(13 Oct 2016, 11:20 pm)Jamie M There is quite a large amount and variety of posts in here, to be fair. It's easy to miss something by skipping over or just not being in the loop for a day or two.If you click the arrow next to the thread it takes you to first unread post

New Go North East logo, as present on their Facebook page.
Hopefully the lettering in 'North East' is spaced a bit better in the flesh and that's just a Facebook mock. Nice style though.

(14 Oct 2016, 2:31 pm)Dan It's not uncommon for companies to have digital variants of their logos, specifically designed for Social Media display pictures.
Comparing the two logos below - the old logo had no digital variant. The landscape logo didn't really stand out on Social Media feeds such as Facebook and Twitter...

Spotted this on Dan's photo on Flickr:
3867 (W177 SCU) is currently at Saltmeadows Road undergoing internal modifications prior to disposal - the extended luggage bays are being removed from this vehicle and placed into Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka 6144 (YN05 GZL), which has recently been acquired from sister operating company Brighton & Hove. Once prepared for service, it will be allocated to Percy Main Depot, for use on the "DFDS Seaways" 327 service.

So 6144 will be branded for DFDS Seaways

(14 Oct 2016, 8:31 pm)Tom I would think so! Though I think having 3885/6/7/9 transfer to Percy Main would make more sense, then have the Omnidekkas replace them and either the B7s from Percy Main can be withdrawn or used elsewhere. The B7s are really not practical for service work at Percy Main - they are used almost every day on the 1/11 and there is not enough space for buggys, wheelchairs etc. but at Stanley they aren't in service as often other than on the 15/15A.3888 was the second bus I ever took, as it happens. That was back in mid 2015. The first was when 5250 was first at stanley as west durham swift. That was back in 2006 for going to a match - Newcastle vs Juventus in the european cup, of course. Only in the past year have I taken any attention to the enthusiast side of things. Oh well, ramble over.
So I am guessing it will be 6134/6144 for DFDS Seaways?
