(06 Mar 2016, 10:08 am)Bus_User Well obviously there is not a 57min wait for a metro, that train will never arrive as the service is suspended between Benton and North Shields., I'm not sure where that photo is taken but a train will pop up on the boards which is a lot closer when it leaves North Shields station. Thats the constant fault of Nexus in years and years gone by in that whenever there is a possession, instead of alterating the destinations, they leave it exactly the same thus you get situations appearing on the board like the one above! I know they trialled it for the major line closures but I don't understand why they don't follow it up, especially when Benton is listed in the destination blinds.

There are minor delays to trains running between Gateshead Stadium and Airport and The Coast due to a police incident. Please leave extra time for your journey.
According to someone on "Sort out the Metro" - Sitting at gateshead stadium as overhead lines have been turned off. Man threataning to jump off the bridge. Hope he is ok.
4060 next stop annoucements are going of constant at st peters it says this is Sunderland it seems to be one station behind

Driver asks pass passengers to move to the right of the tram as the weight on them all standing on the left is causing the carraige to become wedged to the platform!

Bus services 27 operate between Jarrow and South Shields. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
