Following brief use at Deptford Depot, this vehicle has now transferred from Deptford Depot to Peterlee. It is the final vehicle of the trio of former Dawson Rental Optare Solos to be allocated to Peterlee, meaning that "Wear Xpress" services X6/X7 should revert to the original allocation of 4x Optare Solo, with three of the boards having been temporarily allocated Scania L94UB/Wright Solar vehicles since March owing to a shortage of minibuses. Alongside sister 5487 (HW07 CXY); as well as primarily acting as a spare vehicle for "Connections4" service 4 (serving as a replacement vehicle for Scania CN230UB/Scania Omnicity 5263 (NK56 KJY) in the fleet which had transferred to Percy Main at the start of September), this vehicle will also be allocated to newly-awarded Nexus Miscellaneous Works contracts operating from the depot. It has now entered service at Washington following completion of repaint, and should allow for sister 5487 (HW07 CXY) to be taken out of service for repaint and fitment of a vandal screen.
Following the entry into service of the three new Optare Solo SR M790SE vehicles on the Durham County Council contracts at Chester-le-Street, this vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Washington. At Washington; this vehicle will act as a spare vehicle for the entire minibus network at the depot, alongside one of the similar examples, 701 - 704, already allocated.
Following the cascade of Optare Solo M880/Optare 705 (YJ10 MFN) to Washington Depot, where it will act as a spare vehicle for Washington's minibus services, this vehicle has transferred from Washington Depot to Deptford. It is intended for this vehicle to transfer onward to Peterlee Depot, where it will enable Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 5206 (NK54 NVA) to transfer back to Chester-le-Street.
Following the cascade of Optare Solo M710SE/Optare 706 (WK58 EAE) and 707 (WK58 EAF) to Washington Depot, which will be the new minibus allocation for Nexus-secured service 23, this vehicle has transferred from Washington Depot to Riverside. It is intended for this vehicle to transfer onward to Hexham Depot, where it originated prior to the temporary transfers taking place earlier this year.
Having previously carried Go-Ahead London's corporate livery, this vehicle has now been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery and has also been fitted with Hanover LED destination displays. Despite not having seen service at Deptford Depot due to suffering a severe oil leak; this vehicle has now formally been withdrawn from service at Deptford, and is now being prepared for return to Optare at the Saltmeadows Road bodyshop facility.

To combat issues with a large number of minibuses being unfit for service at Deptford; this vehicle has transferred from Washington Depot to Deptford, where it will see primary allocation to "Sunderland Connect" service 700.
Having been replaced in the fleet at Chester-le-Street Depot following the transfer of Optare Versa V1110/Optare 8295 (NK09 FUT) from Crook Depot, this vehicle has been retained in a float/reserve capacity at Chester-le-Street, to alleviate vehicle shortages.
Following changes to Miscellaneous Works and scholars contracts resulting in an additional double-deck vehicle being required at Percy Main on weekday afternoons, this vehicle has returned to full service in the fleet at Percy Main having previously been used in a float/reserve capacity at Chester-le-Street.
This vehicle has transferred from Chester-le-Street Depot to Crook, to operate service 18 (Woodhouse Close – Cockton Hill Road - Bishop Auckland – Canney Hill - Coundon).
