In order to standardise the fleets at Stanley and Washington following the entry into service of the new Wright Streetlite DF/Wright Streetlite Max Micro-Hybrid vehicles on "Durham Diamond" services 16/16A, this vehicle is planned to transfer to Washington in exchange for Scania CN230UB/Scania Omnicity 5248 (NK56 KHU) and 5249 (NK56 KHV). As such; ahead of its impending cascade to Washington Depot, this vehicle has been fitted with free customer Wi-Fi, in order to provide an improved customer experience when a "Connections4" branded Mercedes Citaro is unavailable for service.
