Two of the school bus workings which had been sub-contracted to L&G Coaches will be operated by Go North East (from Sunderland Depot) from Monday 8 January. As such, this vehicle has transferred from Riverside Depot to Sunderland, to allow this PVR increase. It will be used on service X20 later this month, which is being reinstated from Sunday 28 January 2024 in partnership with Durham County Council and Nexus, using Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) funding. The double-deck ex-London Volvo B9TLs currently used on "Prince Bishops" services 20/20A will then be used on the Nexus Miscellaneous Works contracts from L&G Coaches.
