Following the transfer of Dennis Trident 2/Alexander-Dennis Enviro 400 6951 (LX08 EBZ) from Riverside, this vehicle has been taken out of service from Consett for repaint/refurbishment at Read Commercials.
This vehicle has been sold to East Yorkshire, where it has received fleet number 817. It is the only one of the batch that will transfer to East Yorkshire, with them having completed the diesel conversion works on the bus in 2021.
Following the frequency increase of "Cityrider" service 56 to operate every 12 minutes; this vehicle has transferred from Consett Depot to Sunderland, to act as a spare bus for service 56.

Having sustained defects which are unecomonical to repair, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service ahead of the impending arrival of Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 6211 (LX59 CYZ) at Percy Main, which was due to replace it.
Following repaint, this vehicle has returned to service at Deptford Depot, providing temporary cover whilst Deptford's own Volvo B9TLs undergo repaint/refurbishment.
This vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's 2019 fleet livery. At the same time, it has had its seats re-trimmed into the new red Go North East moquette, and USB charging points fitted.
