March 2019 Go North East Previously with East Yorkshire as fleet number 885, this vehicle was surplus to requirements and as such has been acquired by Go North East, where it has been allocated fleet number 6000. It will be repainted into the company's 2019 fleet livery prior to entering service.

A special Go North East branded minibus will embark on a three-week, 50-event Newcastle 2019 Trophies Tour, taking the prized silverware to rugby clubs, schools, businesses and public events across the region. This three-quarter life repaint into Go North East's fleet livery reflects the interworking of service 50 with the 5, the fit in of these services in Go North East's network, and the age of the Scania OmniCity fleet. As such this vehicle has now been repainted into Go North East's corporate livery. Due to a change in stance on the use of the yellow cant rail tagline messages, this vehicle has not been fitted with one.

March 2019 Go North East Photograph by Go North East, in partnership with passenger transport executive Nexus, has been awarded funding which helps support an element of the additional capital cost of electric buses and depot charging infrastructure. This will build upon Go North East’s sizeable annual investment in low emission diesel buses - the region’s first zero emission full electric buses will be an important part of efforts to tackle air pollution and will also provide valuable operating experience for future electric vehicles. March 2019 Go North East Photograph by Following the fitment of the base vinyls required for the new "Cobalt & Coast" branding, this vehicle has returned to service at Percy Main. It is expected that the full branding will follow at a later date, once more of the buses return from refurbishment. This bus is one of three (6101 - 6103) to feature a quirky new solution to the age-old problem of people putting their feet up on rear facing bus seats. Dubbed the ‘Feet Seat’, it is a folding seat that leaves a flat surface for passengers to put their feet up, whilst the seat can be pulled down for sitting on, just like a normal seat, if the bus is busy. March 2019 Go North East This vehicle has returned to Go North East following internal refurbishment and repaint into a two-tone silver and blue base livery. It is currently undergoing preparation for service at Saltmeadows Road Depot prior to returning to service at Percy Main.
March 2019 Go North East This vehicle has been temporarily withdrawn from service at Percy Main Depot and released for internal refurbished and repaint at Bus & Coach World, Blackburn. The extensive refurbishment work includes, but is not limited to, external repaint; deep cleaning of the interior of the vehicle; renewal of floor coverings; cleaning all seat frames and re-trimming seats into leather with USB sockets on the back of every seat; fitting blue accent lighting underneath seats to provide extra light on the gangway; installation of tables on the upper saloon with wireless charging pods, and upgrading the 'next stop' audio-visual announcement equipment.
