Following repaint; this vehicle has transferred from Slatyford Depot to Stockton, albeit presently being prepared for service. The allocation of this vehicle to Stockton Depot is believed to allow for the withdrawal of older MAN 18.220LF/Transbus ALX300 vehicles in Stockton's fleet.
Following the recent cascade of younger Dennis Dart SLF/Alexander Pointer 2 vehicles to Hartlepool Depot, this vehicle has moved from Hartlepool to Hartlepool (Reserve).
Following the entry into service of further former Slatyford-based Dennis Enviro 300/Alexander Enviro 300 vehicles at Stockton, this vehicle has moved from Stockton to Stockton (Awaiting Disposal).
To alleviate shortages at Walkergate Depot; this vehicle has been reinstated into the main service fleet at Slatyford Depot, allowing Slatyford-based MAN 14.240 LF/Alexander Enviro 200 39730 (NK09 EWC) to temporarily transfer to Walkergate, covering for similar examples which are unfit for service. Although this vehicle was absorbed into the Driver Training fleet on paper, it never came out of active service in reality.
Due to a shortage of MAN 14.240 LF/Alexander Enviro 200 vehicles at Walkergate, this vehicle has temporarily transferred from Slatyford Depot to Walkergate. MAN 18.220LF/Transbus ALX300 22022 (NK03 XJN) has replaced it at Slatyford.
This vehicle has entered service at Walkergate Depot, where it will be allocated to service 38 (Whickham View - Freeman Hospital). During its trial period at Walkergate, it will be directly compared against Dennis Trident 2/Alexander Enviro 400MMC 10638 (SN16 OYD), which will also be allocated to service 38 for a two-month period, as opposed to services 62/63 (the services for which it was ordered to be allocated to). It is thought that the primary objective of the trial is to compare the fuel efficiency of the two different vehicle types.
Although usually allocated to services 62/63 at Walkergate Depot, this vehicle will be allocated to service 38 (Whickham View - Freeman Hospital) for the next two months. It will be directly compared against Wright StreetDeck demonstrator 80028 (SL15 ZGP) for a two-month period. It is thought that the primary objective of the trial is to compare the fuel efficiency of the two different vehicle types.
Following the entry into service of MAN 18.240LF/East Lancs Kinetic 22509 (SF56 FKM) at Slatyford Depot, this vehicle has been withdrawn from service and is now awaiting disposal.
