can i ask not being rude or owt does that route do 2 round trips to the galleries eg double loop on itself and back one of my mates is still trying to solve the mystery?

Anyone know if 9120 is on the same board as Monday, and can work out the Timings before 12:42 at CLS. I'm guessing 9120 may come into CLS around 10:30 heading for Stanley.

Just to confirm the times that you have for 9120 of 1422 (8) and 1715 (78) are correct based on my last sighting of a departure from Chester le Street to Consett at 1125. The same board as Tuesday.

Front destination screen on 5271 isn't displaying a number. I took a photo to show NEB the issue, and get a hand gesture for my trouble.

As an update on recent repaints; Dennis Trident/East Lancs Lolyne 3878 (W188 SCU) is currently at Saltmeadows, undergoing repaint into corporate livery.
Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 4972 should move over to Saltmeadows this weekend for its freshen up repaint.

Just spotted a post about the "yellow buses" being used on routes.... GNE replied with:
I'm afraid from time to time there may be an issue with a bus meaning that it has to be replaced. Unfortunately, in some instances, the only replacement available may be one of the yellow double-deck vehicles you're referring to, so it's an option between that or nothing at all.
You can still board the bus if the buggy is folded but we know this isn't ideal, and we are very sorry for the added inconvenience it causes.
We are continually investing in brand new vehicles, so those buses should be phased out this financial year.
As we knew they were going this year, it confirms it

Do you think they're going to re-do 6116 or wait until the increase of frequency has proven itself?

If the frequency increase is justifiable, they'll repaint 6116. If not, they'll make service changes and resort back to previous frequency and still have two red spares.
On another note, more or less all drivers on the X66 are now using the Centrelink towards Metrocentre too. They were given the go-ahead last week, as the council has cut the grass which was causing a blind-spot on the single road at Pipewellgate. As this route is actually about a minute slower, you'll find drivers go via Askew Road West if they depart Gateshead late.

If they wanted a good market force on the Blyth to Whitley Bay corridor with 6 buses per hour and 4 combined to operate every 15 mimutes, they could extend the short Coaster runs (Monday to Saturday every 30 mins) from Gateshead to Whitley Bay to Blyth. The PVR for Whitley Bay to Wrekenton would be 8 and it would also be 8 from Blyth to Gateshead.

Red-liveried single decker 12:10 into Hexham (timetable 11:57) and 12:18 from Hexham (timetable 12:02).
