Yes. One of their bids won funding received through the Green Bus Fund for 10x Volvo B5LH to use on their Coastliner 308 service. Despite the bid being for the 308, the Blyth depot think that they have a free reign to use them on whatever service they like.

We all know how bad GNE can be for crazy allocations, but I can't recall the last time one of their Green Bus Fund funded B5LHs being on an incorrect route. It's a daily occurrence with Arriva, and not just one - several.

1501 on the 308 that departed Haymarket around 12.35 this afternoon.

What the bloody hell is going on with the England flag in the window? Appreciate it's St. George's Day, but that screams all sorts of wrong to me.

They can't keep anything on the right route. Sure the same guy allocates at Percy Main too.

I'd say that the Coaster and Cobalt Clipper gets well allocated and so does the Cobalt Connect to an extent. The 9 and 17 is shocking. NTL has it's good and bad days.

News just in! According to Newcastle City Council, pollution has fell by 10% on the A1. On the other hand, they've reported that pollution has increased by 10% on the Coast Road. The City Council leader's face turned a pinky red colour when he found out.

A rare working in itself: the half hour I've stood at regent centre, all the X10/X11 that passed have been branded Geminis, for that route.

Must be a good day for Redcar today? At least 3 B7's working the X93 along with an E400. Also a B7 running on 81's.

1105 on Whitby Park and Ride.

4653 (with cloth seats) operating the 'midday' 85/685 service today (Corbridge 11:28 heading west - it arrived a couple of minutes ahead of schedule).

Internally was carrying flyers for Ashington / Bedlington (?) services.

Stockton had Cadet 1901 on 5/5A today, replacement for Scania 4659 (which later ended up on 21A... Much to my delight )

5A/X66 have a full EcoCity allocation today, and so does service 21.
