DB Schenker discussion goes here.
67003 and 67004 have been repainted into "bottle green" livery as these will be hauling they Serco Caledonian Sleeper to the far north of Scotland.
Nice video... looks more BR Blue than bottle green mind...?

Cheers.. Even comes with added commentary! I must admit even in real life it looks BR Blue

Not the far north. 67s take sleepers Edinburgh to Fort William, Aberdeen and Inverness.
Also it's of note that these 67s are only a short-term extension to the Serco contract due to the Class 47s not being ready in time for the start of the new franchise, 1st April.
IMO the livery looks very similar to Arriva Trains Wales' liveried Class 67s.

I didn't realise that Class 47s were going to be used on the sleeper contract? Beasts.
I got a photo of 67003 (albeit poor) last week at Central - didn't realise it was something special! Looks pretty similar to the one in Lee's video.
Just a correction
The 67s are being used until enough of the 73/9 are ready to take up the mantle. The 47s were originally set to take the fill-in role but plans changed.

It only got released from Toton a couple of days ago, so you have the older Arriva livery.
I'm starting to doubt the person who told me that it had been repainted, I colour-matched 67003 from two photos, and they're both the same colour.
This is the colour that 67003 and 67004 should be, a darker version of the Arriva livery.

My apologies, yes you're correct. Well mostly. 73/9s were supposed to take it up when the contract started with Serco (sub-leased from GBRf) however these haven't been ready in time so the plan was to use 47s in the short term.
The 67s are being used as part of the six(?)-month extension of the contract by DB Schenker.
67003 along with 67001/2 is in Arriva Trains Wales blue livery for loco hauled Cardiff to Holyhead services. The Caledonian sleeper blue is much darker as shown on 86101

It has been in that livery for a couple of years I think so certainly not had a recent repaint

That is one great looking '86'!
67003 is in the above livery (I was led to believe), but I was looking at it for a good ten minutes. A friend says that 67003 and 67004 arrived at NCL on Saturday and that they're both in the Serco Caledonian Sleeper livery.
I think it is only 67004 that is in the sleeper livery it was at Millerhill earlier today and is now en route to Inverness for a naming event to take place tomorrow

Ah right, cheers Coppercap!

Definitely if you look at the differences in the livery you can tell them apart. 67004 has CS logos on it too.

I haven't seen the livery yet - I could have sworn that 67003 had just had a wash and not been repainted.
325007 is currently at DB Schenker/Arriva TrainCare Tyne Yard, 67015 is on thunderbirds at Newcastle.
