Meanwhile 7514 was on Sapphires, it wouldn't have done much harm allocating 7514 on X14s.
I tell them over and over again that the Sapphire spare should be at Ashington bus station on standby or on the X21/22 if a Sapphire vehicle was VOR.
This is getting beyond belief now. What part of "KEEP ON STANDBY FOR X21/X22" do they not get?

No 7486 came off this morning in Whitby due to an unknown problem, 7404 was changed over in Middlesbrough at 1820 for inspection tonight, replaced with 4720 which then suffered vandalism enroute out of Middlesbrough so was replaced by 4718 at Ormesby

How are passengers, drivers and Arriva alike finding the B9s on the X93 compared to the B7s and E400s?

Reliability and punctuality is the highest it's ever been on the X93.

Replaced by the vehicle it originally replaced - 1552.
And then the fun began, as Scott pointed out in the Latest thread, chaos in Middlesbrough this afternoon means the majority of 5 and 5As have been running into the Bus Station late. As such, 1512 was swapped off it's normal 27/X5 board to replace 1556 on the 1435 5A. 1556 then left 27 minutes late on the 1420 5 replacing 1558 which then started a 15 minute drop back until the 1535 5a when 1557 replaced 1554.
In other reports, 2808 is on the 27 this afternoon and will have worked the 1630 17 to Bassleton Court and 1730 17a to Stockon.

Dear Mr Allo Cator,
Please allocate an ARRIVA BUS to MAX routes if a MAX bus is not available.
In the case if a SAPPHIRE bus breaks down, what are you going to replace it with, hmm eh?
Yeah, a MAX bus. Stupid imbecile.
7518 IS A SAPPHIRE SPARE YOU MORON! USE IT AS A SPARE FOR SAPPHIRE.
All the best,
Tommy

Another sapphire bus...its a bank holiday today so not all sapphire vehicles will be out. Likewise should be said for the X15 like...

Forgot about that, two buses an hour down Milburn Road.
Every time when I asked; "where is 7518 today?", Mr Allo Cator tells me to look at the sheets. I look at the X21 and X22 routes, nope. I look in the spare section, nope. I look at Coast and Castles, ah yes, it's on the X14.
They've got a list of MAX and Sapphire buses, MAX is highlighted in yellow. Sapphire is highlighted in blue.
Which thick muppet can't understand the difference between MAX and Sapphire? Ah yes, the entire of Arriva Ashington.

In general though, your complaint is quite valid. It seems that this Mr Allo Cator is a repeat offender when it comes to MAX and Sapphire allocations. I wonder if they understand that there is a very small difference between the two?

Meanwhile 7525 was on the X22!
Get it off, the panel resprayed, and get 7518 onto the route it was refurbished for!!
The fact that they are allocating 7525 which needs repainted over 7501-9 shows, in my opinion, how much they don't trust them...
