It would make sense in my eyes to have two spare ADL Enviro400s replacing two spare ADL Enviro300s on the 'E' group of services (27723/24), with these in turn replacing the aforementioned MAN E200 and ALX300..? We see Arriva and Go North East replacing single-deck spares with double-deck spares regularly, so I can't see why Stagecoach couldn't do this.
South Shields have finally received 19641 - 19646 for the increased X34 service. I spoke with colleagues today and it was said the spare E400 would be used to fit the E400 into the docking cycle so there is a chance there will be an E400 at least once a week. In the instance that all 6 are available for service it was said that the 6th bus will indeed stay in the depot and will be available for the X34 only if the service starts to operate late. This was the case when 19194/6/7 were still X34 buses and we had an extra E400
27252 out on 59/61/58 for the second night running

And 27244 on it's first day on 35/58, working the last 35 to Crooksbarn

So what's happening with 19647?

I understand it's Walkergate-bound.

Which is exactly why i said the vinyls were a waste of money
And you wonder why it was keep a secret for so long..........
Because some people will just complain for the sake of complaining.
I'd rather see them branded than having all 17 looking most or less the same as 27157-65 - the vehicles that had made up the 52/35 allocation. If you weren't going to brand them, then you'd question why you'd put them on the 52/35 to replace buses only a year older if they look the same. I know which way I'd have gone - and it's the way it has gone.
So new Enviro 300 of Stockton going on 52/35 58/61 so rest of man alx 300 54 / 03 man are going on service 14/13 34 is that right then.
I have heard the revised PVR breakdown but I'm not at liability to post it into the public domain until the new E300s are in service.
However, there are some surprise - all I can say in answer to that is that the 13 retains MAN ALXs.

I'd expect the E300s displaced from 52 would go onto the 12, which in turn would displace MANviros... If the 13 is keeping ALXs that would give the only other choices as the 10/11 or 14/34.

Someone's guess what will be the almighty 'c**k up'!
Yes, 27157-65 (and in effect 27238-40 - I doubt it really matters which unbranded examples make up the PVR on 35/52/58/59/61) will be allocated to 12s once all of 27238-54 are in service. This means Stockton's ADL E300 PVR will be 41 from 42 - so expect 12s to still get the spare MANviros.....
And where do the MANviros from the 12 go you ask? Well, the new weekday requirement for the type will be 10 which may give a hint
Mentioning that Saturday requirements is 11 might help more

Not complaining I am allowed an opinion as well And i would like to only see the branded buses on the routes they are branded for which isnt always possible So you think its perfectly ok for the earlier batch which are branded for the 36/37/38 to work whatever I realise this is hard for you but maybe you are wrong
Volvo B10M trainer already out and about in Sunderland - just passed Fulwell Mill.
Have to say (sorry Marcus), it sounded a lot better than the Volvo B10BLE which wasn't too far behind it. That's what he gets for hating on the Big M..! [emoji14]
Not taking the argument on the branding any further - it's getting dull.
On the subject however:
27251/44 are following each other on 59/61, 27251 will be the 0900/1030 59, 27244 the 0915/1045. No sign of 27242 yet today, but it can be confirmed it isn't on 58s.
EDIT: All 3 Dotty in a row - 27242 is the 0930/1100 59
Looks like the launch event today in Stockton will consist of 2 dots as there is 2 parked together in the yard in an unusual place

27241 is set to be one of them.

Sun ops: Ser 3's experiencing minor delays due to passenger demand. Apologies.

no one apart from bus enthusiasts will give a rats ass about what buses are on a service.
People have a right to complain because its blatenly obvious that their is a bloody issue, and it's easily fixable.

so, my educated guess was correct then, that the 12's would be adl300 Hahahahahaha

Sounds a bit like a cop out It was never exciting in the first place Like i said there are other opinions other than yours
Or maybe I want to move things on simply because it's got boring - as it would if they had not branded them. That's my opinion - based on facts thank you

A few bits picked up from discussions at the launch today:
These will be the last new buses for Stockton for a while. Next year moves onto renewing the Newcastle decker fleet, while a new fleet for Hartlepool will also be looked into.
As expected, 5 of the DDA MANs at Stockton will move into a reserve capacity once 27238-54 are all in service. These *should* be 22011-5 but of course this could be subject to change.

Any idea which MAN's will replace the 2 non DDA reserve ones at Sunderland?
Thought it wouldn't be long before Newcastle got something new, along with Hartlepool.

So you think that branding is not boring You need to get out more Your opinion based on what facts? Your own thoughts perhaps
My thoughts are Stagecoach livery is fine as it is The only thing you are right about is it is boring
34611 is currently in the paintshop and is being prepared for service.
Getting back to reality I dont pretend to know everything so bare with me on this If the 35s and 52s have to interwork because of timings what about dropping a 52 and going every 15 minutes and adding a 35 and going every 20 Now theres new buses on the scene perhaps the loadings will go up If they do could the 52 go up to 6 an hour Like i say they are just thoughts
