North East Buses

Following its demonstration period, B8RLE BA15BXS has been purchased.

Some relatively recent additons to the Relaince fleet are Volvo B7L/Wright Eclipse Metro - YH51JSA and Volvo B7TL/Plaxton President - LK03NHP.

Reliance are to takeover operation of service 31/31X at the end of April from Transdev York.

Reliance on Moorsbus again this year: like previous years it will consist of service M4 & M5 on Sundays and M8, M3 & M6 on Fridays and Saturdays.

No way really have any idea what transdev will be runningnor just keeping what services they got

In addition to the 31/31X, Transdev York also lose the 42 between York, Selby and Drax to Arriva Yorkshire.

That Renown is now fleet number 10.   I rode it on route 19 in York on Friday.

Reliance are to take over operation of (the majority of) service 70 between Ripon and Northallerton from Monday. The timetable will change slightly, with one trip (1735 from Ripon) operated by Hodgsons.

Reliance confirmed today they will continue to be the operator of service 70 beyond April. Other service changes are expected in North Yorkshire though.

New timetable, mostly a case of adding an extra 5 mins onto most journeys and the additional 0905 departure on school days only.

Looks as if the Hodgsons Coaches journey from Ripon to Northallerton will no longer operate.[attachment=10405]
