Traffic is crazy around Gosforth High Street this evening with delays all over, I don't think anyone will care what bus is on what route as long as one turns up today.

Think Belmont have two original liveried MPD's at the moment, 1762 is one of them and I think the other one is 1791 (not 100% on that one!) annoyingly when I've been in Durham recently I keep missing all the MPD's that have recently transferred to Belmont.
It does seem like the examples that aren't allocated to the 61/62 and 168 on any given day normally seem to end up on the 57/57A or 56/86, think that's how they are working at the moment due to the roadworks in Durham as the 56/57/57A/86 should all interwork normally.
I noticed (a very crowded) one, in Coxhoe on Saturday afternoon, heading to Bishop.

It's 1580, I believe.
X14 branded Omni in depot....so it can't be allocated to the X14....ugh. Hence why the StreetLite is covering.
Sapphire '57, MAX X20 and MPD on 35.
I can't read minds so I'm going to assume that it's Northumbria's crap allocations.

Stupid question, but what is the normal allocation for the 35?

3x StreetLites, 3x ALX400s.
Any of the StreetLites could be required for any route which requires a full single decker allocation due to high winds (X14, as an example) or covering for higher spec vehicles, hence why MPDs get allocated. ALX400s seem to be the norm on the X20 due to the B7TL's reliability issues.
Any vehicle that needs to do the run-ins before and after heavy maintenance will do so on the 35.
