Sometimes you have to post and then edit to access that part. (if on phone it has to be landscape)

Talking of Facebook was just looking through GNEs facebook page and the customer service is shocking. Some posts ignored I've seen and this reply made me laugh!
''Hi - I am sorry you feel this way, I actually was on this bus as I get on the stop after this and it was right on time, this service is one of the most punctual services we run as I get this daily for work.'' Surely this isn't a reply you would expect from them?

Customer service on the buses is sh!te too. Asked a 5 driver what time he was due out and repeatedly asked why? Because I want to know if the 88A which takes longer but due out first would be quicker. Then told me he didn't start at Shields Asda although loads of people board there. He then starts telling me my pop card wasn't right although I'd just got it from Nexus a few days ago. Some drivers are worse than GCTs.

I once had a miserable Chester-Le-Street b*astard tell me in that a CAT ( Pop card day ticket ) Printed on a metro ticket is not accepted, Reason? Because " Because its a Metro ticket "
He also mentioned that if he seen me again he wouldn't let me board
Certainly puffing loves puffing fag smoke at peoples faces too when your stood right infront of him.
Ive had pleasant journeys with GCT drivers tbh, Only seems to be one certain driver that gets the bad headlines by the look of things.

Most GCT are fine just the odd one on the 37 and 73. Especially when they had the white Solos and Versa never been onthere recently. Only the R3 which is normally the same driver who has his radio on and let's everyone on for nothing.
I find Angel drivers are the worst for the Pop cards. Never any trouble with Castles drivers though

Just like any other ticket. I feel like it's lack of training more than ignorance when it comes to that stuff to be honest. Luckily I am living the 'key lifystyle' and have been for a while so never really had an issue. There was one 86 driver who mucked up his machine and charged me a single, but never since. Would be so much easier if nexus just enforced cross-operator prices in the county, there's far too many options to potentially mess up from what I know, especially with routes like the 11 where there are double figure ticket options? It's complete nonsense on a practical note.

Well, if what the customer service agent is factually correct, fair enough.

I would imagine rest of the Indigo solo's will be out today.
Edit: 685 NK66CXA has entered service.

Not the best place to break down or to do a vehicle swap.
He mentioned in a later tweet that he was on his way - no indication whether it was a replacement vehicle or just a following vehicle.

Why are the 62 reg B9s/B5s registered with huge registration gaps compared to most other registration groups which are alphabetically consistant, I.E ABCDEF instead of huge gaps in every fleet number?

Id say that's a pretty good bet too. Same vehicle type as well as keeping all 4 together at one depot.

I'd say 4 at stanley and hexham and then there's the riverside and deptford ones. I don't believe there's enough other buses to cover for them all so I don't believe it's for this, although I could be wrong.
