Does anyone know the reason behind why 22508 has not been in service since late July?

Think it only done about 3 weeks service when it entered service in June, broke down on at least three occasions during that time. Engine woes no doubt...

Hopefully Stagecoach can get some more buses to replace the remaining ALX300S and hopefully get rid of the Kinetics aswell.

Emergency tenders they are, 22013/47 are the two and landed at Inverness.
The Gas Bus is on the X24 today due Newcastle at 1020.

I'm not convinced that 22515 is fully fit like, haven't seen it since it re-entered service the weekend gone. Even then it was pi****g out diesel when it was idling. Sounded horrific too...

Both 22508 & 22515 were out on Saturday and seemed surprisingly fine.
Not entirely SCNE related, but we've covered this one before. Ex-East Midlands Optare Solo 47265, which turned up at Stockton initially and ultimately donated to Teen Challenge Teesside last year, has been sold to Alpha Recovery for scrap. Still in Stagecoach livery, with fleetnumbers etc. Looks unused post-SC, inside and out is in really good condition too.

I find all of this batch ugly, especially the back end,it looks like and old style bus and its only a 56 plate,i personally prefer the MANS buses, shame they are nearing the end
Stagecoach still have the pages about:

1. Introducing New Express Service X24 to Newcastle from Monday 30 January 2017

2. Changes to Services E1, E2, E6 from Sunday 4 June 2017

3. Minor changes to Service 20 from Monday 19 June 2017

Should be been removed by now....
