Does anyone know the former registrations of the Wilkinsons Coach T12MCU that attended Kirkby Stephen on Easter Sunday?

Are Wilkinsons coaches still kept at the port of tyne in South Shields?

The coaches are based there still, yes, with the office still going strong at Westoe

Previous reg was J600ACT with Angus of Needham the Market. Joined the Wilkinson fleet last May.

Dorothy trading as Coachliners of Tyneside is based in the same yard. Unfortunately the dock security aren't too keen on enthusiasts visiting.

Harkers is still going strong despite the area around their operating centre being redeveloped.

Spotted a Wilkinson travel of South Shields coach at the back of Coopers of Annisford tonight... are Wilkinson travel still going?

Don't know what is happening with them but there's been one which appears to live at the public weighbridge in Seghill, believe the land is owned by WM Hedley and Sons so is probably that one.

They were still operating a few weeks ago though as they always have a bus picking people up after the match at Sunderland which appears to drop people off round Marsden (seen it a few times heading home).

Been curious for awhile why it's there, if I had to be honest.

I seen their old Van Hool going down King George Road in Shields yesterday, so still going. I think they keep their buses at Stagecoach's Chi Depot at the minute.

ooo intriguing mind you Howard Snaith keeps a bus at Annisford too and often a bus is parked in the layby on the A189
