North East Buses

1403 is currently parked at Thorntons, to be converted to a Driver Training vehicle:

Thought it had been scrapped due to a chassis problem. Along with 1401/2 these seemed to get better with age. 1401 is the only bus at Blyth depot capable of doing 60mph.

HGVT have been providing extra training buses and instructors to Arriva for a couple of years now.

Is that the London Enviro 400. still with TFL logo on side? Saw that in Cramlington on Tues.

The one I saw was a single decker. 
E200 or 300 from memory.

Yeah they’ve been using an E200 and E400 at Ashington for a while now helping with extra capacity. Similarly Stanley Travel are often working out of Stockton depot for extra training capacity there too.
