Does anyone know why 6 B9's were branded for East Gateshead Rider while 7 were branded for East Gateshead Loop, when there are generally 7 buses allocated to the 58 during the day and only 6 allocated to the 93/94?
Any reason why 6160 hasn't be put into Loop livery, it hasn't even got roadstripes on its 2016 livery.

Think Dan said it's been away having work done to it and is due to be repainted once 5474/5475 come back next week
Yea he said (if I remember) it had engine work done to it

Must've just come back from Volvo straight into service. Saw it there with 9119 and an X-Lines Elite at the time which would've been several weeks ago now.
Not sure if it's been noted, 5442 is now painted and branded for East Gateshead Orbit. Parked at Riverside.

Good grief.....get me an ambulance!
I don't think he has measured the angle and thickness of the road stripes yet.

The East Gateshead Orbit livery looks amazing on the streetlites plus 5442 was great when I had it too barely let any rattles out, didn't have a rattily idle (infact the idle was so quiet I thought the engine was off at one point) & got up the hills on the Quayside no bother.

5469 also in corporate livery
Why isn't the East Gateshead Rider not East Gateshead City Rider.

Also 6158 is the one G2 from London with leather seats.

Because Cityrider, connecting two cities, already exists?  East Gateshead Rider spends almost it's entire journey time in the borough of Gateshead (not a city)

Well it goes to Newcastle / Heworth / Gateshead. it was just a idea as it sounds a lot better.

Which aren't cities.......
Bit off topic but going on with the rider theme, the 12 should be the rider brand imo. Not sure what horses has anything to do Gateshead, least the horse theme has links to the Blaydon Races which is pretty much about the route of the 12 (Scotswood Rd etc) or if it has to be in Gateshead at least the 49.
