Arriva Odd Workings November 2021
1563 on the 62 this morning
Ashington's 7525 seemed to make an appearance at Blyth on Saturday evening on the short 308 extras for the Blyth fireworks. 7617/32 look to have been the other buses used.

I believe 6 buses were used on there for the return trips - even a Pulsar for the second journey out (well, the first from the correct stop! - don't think the huuuuge queue will have appreciated that) Undecided

Think the Pulsar and driver had came straight off the 2 to help out, so probably not an awful lot of time to go and get a decker swapped for him.
1461 has been working for Ashington on the X21/22 circuit today.

It fancied a day out.
They look like shite but 1461/2/3 are a much nicer drive than Blyths long time Pulsars 1501-5.

Certainly had a good turn of speed, and held it well top end, while I was on it. Externally though, as you say, it left a lot to be desired to say the least.

All of Blyth's newer Pulsars are crippled by the improper fitment of Eco(no)Speed.
1560 on 95 earlier.
