some did have celebrating the life of HM the Queen elizabeth 2nd on

There is a reason for this - when you select route 0 on the destination controller (0 for NIS and special blinds) - the Queen one is the first one that appears and tbh most drivers don't really care to change it (doubt half of them even realise it's the first one; just put 0 in and leave it).
