I don't know where to put this seemed most approriate. I saw an Arriva Wrightbus Pulsar I think, and the windows had the black outline and it made it look like it was only a few years old, wish more buses had that

1531 doesn't - it was given a second repaint last autumn when it went for internal refurbishment, so matches the rest of the refurbished examples at Durham.
And the reason 1513-23 do is down to them having Bonded Glazing rather than Gasket as per the rest of the Pulsars - hence retaining the black.

Wasn't aware 1531 had been repainted twice. I have it with the black surrounds. Which IMO look considerably better than the others

Not really a repaint, but 7523 has received Christmas decorations as per the yearly tradition.

In terms of Branding wise. I know Arriva are cutting down on branding up buses. Is that due to finances or is that due to any new bus that they will get will be leather seated, USB charging and the all the rest of it? I know a lot of buses are loosing their Sapphire and Max Status for the new Journey Mark Livery. Especially when the X3/X4 and 5/5A streetlites and they got debranded a long while back. Will it be the ending of Route Branded buses at Arriva?

It's been scrapped about a year after the new livery came out, pretty much. Arriva are just so slow at repainting everything that it's sticking around, mind not that's a bad thing in a way as it's a waste of money painting buses that don't need painting.

Though they are cutting down in general, as Storx has pointed out above, there are some specific cases such as with the 434 where branding is happening (2601/3 are in base livery, you'd imagine once 2602 goes then they'll receive vinyls).

Aye agreed, be interesting to see if the Blyth ones get the eco livery, or the eco livery that one at Leicester got instead.

I don't even have a clue what the interior design is, every batch being ordered is coming out different. Some with blue panels, some with green panels. Some with ivory poles, some yellow. Some with the 2009 floor design, others with wood effect. Seems like it's just whatever.

The 15 and 16 interwork, so it will likely end up running around on both services at some point.

True. I wonder also how many more will get painted in this scheme or do ya reckon it's just the one?

Also Arrivas new purple / pink scheme. I wonder what they will plan in the future with that when they order new buses in the coming years.

Pointless as Stockton never put the correct buses with route brading on the routes now that there branded for such as the 15 branded pulsars ??

Its Stockton depot ofc it won't just look at the max x12 pulsar hafe the time on routes like the 8 which is absolutely pointless which could fully Streetlites operated
