Is it normal for SNE's driver training vehicles to go out of area, i live in Ayton (Washington) and have just seen one out of my kitchen window

They're doing route learning across the Washington area.

If it was 22075 then the trainee hasn't even passed his test yet.

Most likely 75 (on loan to Sunderland cos 73's off the road). Instructor said he was going that way.

It was 22075 on loan from Stockton
Double Decker just past me on the 10 bound for North Shields, i assume it'll be doing the 11 aswell

If this is correct on bus times.

A very rare working from Stockton on a Sunday - MAN 22883 out on a 12 board while 39715 has replaced 27164 on a 36 board
