Highly doubt it. I would expect the 20S to be a solo going over the back fields as no access to west rainton from A690. I could be wrong tho
Or could it be that they change vehicles at houghton?

Due to roadworks on the A690 at The Raintons, from Thursday 20 July until Thursday 3 August our services 20 and 20A will be unable to access West Rainton. Services are still able to serve East Rainton, albeit with a slight diversion so your journey may take slightly longer than usual.
During the road closure, we are running shuttle service 20S from Houghton-le-Spring Church to West Rainton. Please wait for the shuttle at the Sunderland-bound stop in the town centre.

What on earth is that timetable?
I reckon they gave some crayons back to the person who did the 925 timetable that time.

Blackie Boy Road, Leamside and in that way?

No it won't, it's a dedicated shuttle just going between Rainton and Houghton.

Having driven down Woodside Lane recently, I noticed there was a new turning circle with a bus stop in the process of being built at the entrance to the new estate located up there. Presumably that is the terminus.

99 has had an awful day if tracking is anything to be by the last journey of each leg didn't run. Unless tracking has been funny on 3943 its only done 3 full legs when its meant to be 11

3943 has operated fine all day, tracking is a bit off across the fleet today.

Seems Percy lost 6203/6206. What a surprise. Probs to make way for the StreetLite depot

They are only on loan to Deptford as they have an increased PVR for route learning currently (and, unlike other depots, no PVR reduction for school holidays).
Percy Main meanwhile need 14 fewer buses due to the school holidays - so yes, no great surprise that they are loaning buses out to depots that don’t have a PVR reduction over the summer.

GNE website confirms that there is a problem with the 99.

We are sorry but due to a Breakdown on service 99, there is currently no service operating.

Interesting to see the X21 still getting decent loadings south of Bishop now that it misses out Woodhouse.
Still won't be using it over the Arriva serviced since the greedy sods conveniently put the minimum fare up to the price cap, and now I'm used to tap on tap off with Arriva, I hate having to deal with the drivers!

I've copied the link that shows it was last updated 24/7. They've either not updated the site or the vehicle is still broken down.

I'm assuming this wasn't intended to be in an extremely small font size...
When did the X21 stop serving Spennymoor Cheapside?

I hope that's just an error with the timetable and not an actual change. Whenever I've been through Spennymoor on various services, it seems as if more people board on Cheapside than the High Street stops.
Cheapside missing from all avaliable timetables I've seen (some places such as Google Maps still showing the old route/times). Forgot the changes had happened until I saw one heading up Watling Road this morning.

The only reason I noticed was the X21 was no longer on the timetable at the stops at Cheapside. Haven't been on board that far to see if it still announces it.
I did notice they haven't added the announcements for the changes down at Watling Road, it still announces St Marys Church after Cabin Gate despite not going that way, and then doesn't announce anything until Tindale Club.

Went up to Newcastle today and I'm fairly sure it didn't announce Cheapside, although it did have the new stops on Watling Road on the screen (don't think it actually announced them though)
Bus on the way back down (6310) didn't have the NSA working at all so who knows.
On the bright side, on both 6312 and 6310 the sockets were working!

It’s just an error on the timetable.

Talk about confusing the passenger
39B double decker travelling along tunstall towards Doxford park
Destination display shows
39B Doxford Park
Via biddick woods
Now correct me if I’m wrong but haven’t they stopped the 39b going to Washington now.
And how could the bus go to Doxford park via biddick woods
Still got biddick woods on this morning

Odd, is that on the G2s? The 39 is more confusing for people given the considerable route changes to Washington. At least the deckers will be here another month, once it's all Solo be no point using them again.

It has been reported apparently but don't know how long it will take to adjust. It was meant to be via Tunstall Bank Estate not Biddick Woods .Maybe if you mention it to customer service it may get changed quicker.
The 39 to Washington only shows via Grangetown and Ryhope. No mention of Doxford Park or Biddick Woods

If only the PDA's were able to allow for the reporting of issues like this.

To be fair, they haven't introduced them to Deptford yet for some reason.
